Evernote--Never forget another thing!

Imagine a business without any organization. Post it notes are piled on desks. Or at least the ones that haven’t been thrown out by accident. Appointments that have been forgotten. Handwritten calendars that have run out of room. Missed employee meetings occur frequently. Messy handwritten checklists are never checked off.
Now imagine a business with organization built into its foundation. People who are always on time for appointments. Portable checklists that have reminders built into them. All employees attend all the meetings. Calendars can have endless events added to them. Which business do you think would be more successful? Thankfully, we have the technology to do that - - and no one does it better than Evernote!
Evernote is an application that you can download that helps you stay organized. This is something that many businesses struggle with. Especially when the business is just starting out.  This chain of apps has everything from Evernote Reminders and Evernote checklists, a journal, Evernote food, which helps you with new recipes and lets you save them to your account, and one of the apps is even an Evernote social media that helps you stay in touch with people you meet. Why get different applications for all of these things when you have it all in one?

The best part is that, since it is connected through your login, you can open this up anywhere that Evernote is downloaded. This means your Iphone, your Mac computer, your Ipad. It is, virtually, everywhere you are! So what are you waiting for? Get ready, get set, get organized!

  1. I had to jump in and concur with your post. When I started using Evernote I had no idea about how powerful it was. One thing I use it for is choir songs. We are given words to a song, rehearse it and when it's time to sing, I can't remember many of the words. Now, I copy the words into Evernote. The other thing I like is the sort feature and I could go on. It's literally a virtual office. You've just helped me with a with a lesson in a technology for a class I have to teach at the end of this month. Thank you!

  2. I downloaded Evernote at the suggestion of a colleague a few years back and never really got into using it. To be honest, I never really investigated what it could do. Since then, I've started using a different app called Outline for business, but after your post I may have to give Evernote another try! Thanks!
